Tall Shaker Style Corner Entertainment Cabinet

This corner entertainment center was designed and built in the style of a simple shaker corner cabinet. The dimensions and interior partitions were reconfigured to house a 42" HDTV and various audio and video components . This cabinet was built from hard maple with a distressed painted finish. The overall size of the cabinet can be customized to your space requirements. This cabinet could easily be built from Maple, Walnut, Mahogany or Cherry - which would produce a more formal appearance. The base and crown molding profiles, as well as the door style and overall size could be modified for a different purpose.

Features

• The unit is designed to fit into a corner. • The case construction is hand cut dovetail joints with sliding dovetails to attach the fixed shelves. • The frame and panel doors feature pinned mortise and tenon construction • The backboards are solid wood with ship lap joinery • All hardware is reproduction quality antique brass and turned maple knobs. • A storage drawer is built into the bottom section of the cabinet interior. • The piece is finished with a colonial red paint and hand distressed to produce an aged appearance.
